Current Career Opportunities

Administrative Assistant
 
We are looking for a self-motivated individual in our Great Barrington office to provide high-level administrative support by handling a wide variety of accounts receivable, database project maintenance and tax season duties (does not include tax preparation). You will also perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, greeting clients, and scheduling meetings. You will be part of our front office staff, working closely with our partners and accountants to develop and sustain excellent client relationships.
 
 Qualifications:
 
·          Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
 
·          Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, internet, and experience with databases.
 
·          Familiarity with office protocols.

 

 Tax Accountant
 
We are currently seeking a Tax Accountant in our Great Barrington office. You will work primarily within our tax practice to develop and sustain excellent client relationships. You will assist clients by providing a full spectrum of individual, partnership, and corporate tax services including planning, research and compliance. Technical skills are necessary to assist in all tasks associated with tax engagements. Additionally you will be responsible for compilation and review engagements associated with your tax clients.
 
 Qualifications:
 
·          Minimum of 2 years experience gained within a public accounting firm.
 
·          Proficiency in corporate, individual and partnership taxation and financial reporting standards     preferred.
 
·          Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
 
 

Audit Manager

 

Duties will include serving as the in-charge professional team member on compilation, review and audit engagements for clients in diverse industries, including but not limited to; manufacturing, retail, not-for profit, financial services and highly specialized industries.


You will be involved in engagement planning, fieldwork, report preparation, some tax return preparation and will be expected to have a high level of client interaction.
 
 Qualifications:
 
·          Requires BS, Accounting, or related field & 2 yrs experience, or other suitable combination of education and experience.
 
·          CPA certification
 

·          Technical proficiency in auditing and accounting
